ISO 9001:2015 monitoring audit 

Quality management at heimatec

In October 2022, the monitoring audit according to the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 took place at heimatec.

The DQS auditor checked the fulfillment or overfulfillment of the standard in the various departments and was able to confirm this accordingly in his audit report without any discrepancies.

Hereby, heimatec gives its promise to the customers to comply with the product and service quality

heimatec has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 since 2019 and would like to increase the transparency of operational processes, uncover possible sources of error and further improve customer satisfaction.
